So as I said in the video, I actually created this effect completely by accident. I had some random hand lettering which I had scanned in and thrown into photoshop to play around with between projects, just to mess around and experiment really. Then I ended up creating this effect and thought it looked quite cool, and sort of like a gold foil texture on black paper. I then posted the results to Instagram, and a few people asked me how I did it, and I honestly had no idea, so I basically undid everything and noted each step I took to achieve this look, and then created this tutorial for you guys! I know there will be other ways to achieve this effect, maybe easier and or better ways, but the purpose of this was just to show you how I achieved it.
